Confinement Indemnity In the event of hospital
confinement of 14 hours or more payable benefits
include daily confinement, surgery, ambulance and

Confinement Sickness Indemnity This plan pays for
confinement due to a covered sickness, benefits
include physician visits, hospitalization, major
diagnostic exams and surgical benefits.

Care Protection is designed to provide funds to help
cover the extraordinary costs associated with a stay
in intensive care.
Life Both
term life and whole life insurance policies are
offered as well as a combination of both. Policies
automatically include Waiver of Premium benefit and an

Short-Term
Disability The Personal Short-Term Disability
policy helps provide a source of income in case of
disability due to sickness or off-the-job injury.
Specified
Health Event This plan provides hospital
confinement and continuing care benefits when a
covered person is initially diagnosed as having a
covered life-threatening health event. The covered
health events include heart attack & bypass surgery,
stroke, major organ transplant, coma, and renal
failure.
